During my internship at SmartInternz, I developed a machine learning model to predict employee promotions, helping HR teams make data-driven decisions about career advancement. The project leveraged historical employee data to analyze performance metrics, tenure, and skill development patterns, achieving 89% accuracy in identifying promotion-ready candidates.

AI Itern at Infosys Springboard

Through my AI Virtual Internship at Infosys Springboard, I developed an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and Advanced Traffic Control Center (ATCC) system to revolutionize urban traffic management. The project combined computer vision and deep learning to detect license plates in real-time and optimize traffic flow, demonstrating the transformative potential of AI in smart city infrastructure.
